Shipping and Returns
All shipping used by paigespiranac.com provides a tracking number and full insurance. If multiple orders are placed on the same account going to the same address, these orders may be combined.
To allow us to process your order please allow up to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Due to current supply issues, there may be further delays on certain products and this will be pointed out in the product description of the item in question. If your order is urgent please send an email with your request and we will try to accommodate you.

Please note that international orders will be subject to duties and taxes paid by the recipient upon delivery. If an order is refused and returned to sender, the order will only be refunded the amount of the items returned less all return shipping and duty and tax charges.
If your country does not appear as an option to ship to during checkout, please understand that at this time we are only able to ship to select countries and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
Tracking and Returns
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can assist you further.
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us here. We must be notified of the missing packages within 5 days in order to proceed with your claim.
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to PaigeSpiranac.com by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of merchandise. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return authorization number by emailing: email@example.com
with your name, order number, and reason for return.
A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you receive your authorization number, the return must be sent back to us within 10 business days.
All returns must be authorized before sending merchandise back.
Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund to original form of payment will be provided within 5 days of receiving merchandise back to warehouse to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The return authorization number and order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns should be shipped with a traceable carrier as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without a return authorization number, that do not comply with the above, or for any other reason deemed unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of PaigeSpiranac.com
