Shipping & Tracking

Please expect orders to ship within 1-3 business days from placing your order, except in the case of preorders. Preorder shipping dates will be listed on the product page. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking information once your order has shipped. Days in transit are estimates and not guarantees.

For domestic orders, shipping options will be provided at checkout.

International shipping is available, however we do not cover any additional shipping rates or customs fees. These additional fees will be calculated at checkout. If an order is refused and returned to sender, the order will only be refunded the amount of the items returned less all return shipping and duty and tax charges.

If your country does not appear as an option to ship to during checkout, please understand that at this time we are only able to ship to select countries and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Please be aware that once shipped, international orders may take as long as 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the shipping location, especially during the holiday season. Once your order leaves the United States, you may not receive any additional tracking depending.
